RE: Trouble shooting resmed 100. The snowflake means it is cooling down the humdifier after you've stopped it by flowing a small amount of air with no heat. It is normal. If you put the mask on and restart, then snowflake should disappear. It will also disappear if you turn on the pre-heat.
